These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7777c7. By creating an account or placing any wager on the 7777c7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

General Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where 7777c7 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all real-money wagers placed will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. 7777c7 will not retain any funds belonging to a verified underage player.
Account Registration

Registration requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7777c7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7777c7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances.
Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified 7777c7 of unauthorised access prior to that activity taking place. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 7777c7 support immediately.
Account Updates: You must keep your registered details accurate and current at all times. If your contact information, payment method, or personal details change, update your account profile promptly or contact 7777c7 support. Outdated account information may result in delayed withdrawals or KYC complications.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad. Deposits are credited to your 7777c7 account balance within seconds of successful payment authorisation on your mobile banking app. 7777c7 does not charge any platform-side deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7777c7 accepts no liability.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 1 to 3 hours of the request being approved. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion. 7777c7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud or identity concerns exist.
Currency & Conversion: All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to Taka-denominated transactions. Any currency conversion charges arising from international card payments are the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
Anti-Money Laundering: 7777c7 operates in compliance with responsible financial practices. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. 7777c7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for significant transactions. Any funds identified as potentially connected to fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Bonus Policy
7777c7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a 200% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000 on a first qualifying deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on its promotion page. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal request will be approved for bonus-derived funds. Real-money funds deposited in excess of the bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification procedures.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who have not previously violated these Terms. 7777c7 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player's betting patterns suggest systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page. It is your responsibility to review expiry dates before claiming a bonus.
Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
Abuse & Misuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus promotions through coordinated multi-account wagering, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion will have their account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any withdrawals pending from bonus activity reversed. 7777c7 makes the final determination on what constitutes bonus abuse.
User Obligations
As a registered player on the 7777c7 Platform, you accept the following obligations in full. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Truthful Registration: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform.
- Personal Use Only: Your 7777c7 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access, operate, or place wagers through your account.
- Lawful Use: You must use the Platform only for lawful entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

- Respect for Support Staff: You must engage with 7777c7 customer support staff professionally and respectfully at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support agents are grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Device & Network Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access the Platform are secure. 7777c7 accepts no liability for losses arising from use of unsecured networks or compromised devices.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 7777c7 Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. 7777c7 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity not listed below falls within the spirit of these prohibitions.
- Fraud & Deception: Any attempt to deceive 7777c7 through false identity, falsified documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
- Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your mobile banking provider in bad faith after wagers have been placed and results determined.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
- Money Laundering: Using the 7777c7 Platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity or for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or databases in any way.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 7777c7 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
Closure for Responsible Gaming: If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about gambling addiction or problematic play — 7777c7 will process the closure immediately and activate a mandatory cooling-off period. Involuntary Suspension: 7777c7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
- Detection of multi-accounting, collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
- Receipt of a legal order, court injunction, or regulatory instruction requiring account action.
Where an account is suspended or closed by 7777c7 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 7777c7 will communicate its determination in writing to your registered email address.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 7777c7 will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email before applying any dormancy procedures. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior written notice.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the 7777c7 Platform — including but not limited to the 7777c7 brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data — is the intellectual property of 7777c7 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777c7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, payment processing delays, or game result disputes. 7777c7's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Service Availability: 7777c7 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 7777c7's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. 7777c7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777c7 is registered. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7777c7 customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 7777c7 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 7777c7 and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and arrangements relating to your use of the Platform.
